Bad postural habits due to improper ergonomics in the workplace or at home can result in stress on the muscles, ligaments and joints of the spine. This inherently causes stress on the nervous system resulting in symptoms like neck pain, back pain, stiffness, numbness and tingling in the hands or feet, and headaches to name a few. These problems can be fixed in our office but if you don’t change the bad habits that contributed to these symptoms you will continue to aggravate these symptoms and it will become increasingly more difficult to maintain spinal correction. Dr. Bagley will work with you and make recommendations on how to change these habits or activities to reduce the stress on your spine and nervous system.
