ü Always keep good posture – never slouch or slump.
ü Lift with your legs, not your back.
ü Do not smoke.
ü Wear comfortable low-heal shoes.
ü Sleep on your side or back on a bed that is good for your spine.
ü Moderate exercise for flexibility and stability of the spine and supporting structures.
